No. TECHABLE SOFTWARE LTD operates an online information and matching service. We are not a contractor, we do not perform home improvement work, we do not set prices and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a professional. The quotes you receive come from independent professionals.

Is it free?

Yes, requesting quotes through this site is free for homeowners and carries no obligation. What an independent professional charges for their work is set by them and is agreed directly between you and them. You never have to accept a quote.

Do you offer discounts?

No. We don’t offer discounts, coupons or special rates. On this site, “offers” simply means quotes and options from independent professionals, and the prices in them are set by those professionals.

Who sees my details?

We share the information you submit with suitable independent professionals only so that they can respond to your request. Our service providers may also handle it on our behalf to operate the site, and we disclose it where the law requires. Please read our for the full picture.

How quickly will I hear back?

Professionals typically get in touch within a few business days, but we can’t guarantee a response time or that every request will receive a reply. Timing depends on the project type, the time of year and each professional’s schedule.

Which projects do you cover?

You can request quotes for roofing and gutters, windows and doors, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, decks and patios, siding and exterior painting, flooring, and heating and cooling. Availability depends on your project and your location, and we can’t promise that a professional will be available for every request.

Can I withdraw my request?

Yes. Email maria@techable.software and tell us you want to withdraw, and we’ll stop sharing your request. You can also tell any professional who contacts you that you’re no longer interested, and reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.

We do not share your request details with third parties for unrelated purposes.

You must be at least 18 and located in the United States. You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that you are the property owner or authorized to request work on the property, and that the phone number and email address you provide belong to you.
